Werner Berger’s wife Judy is the Manager of Santis Deli. She personally oversees the operations in the shops and continuously monitors the consistency in service and quality of the goods. Together with the rest of the management team, she gives her recommendations and formulates ways on how to further upgrade the Santis Delicatessen Chain’s standards. Mrs. Berger took her formal education at the Singapore Hotel & Catering School and also took up German Language at the Goethi Institute. She has worked in the Food & Beverage Dept. of several hotels in Singapore.

LORNA ILLUSTRE
Santis Deli Alabang

Lorna Ilustre, Deli Supervisor for Santis Deli Festival Mall in Alabang, also belongs to the very first batch of employees at the then newly opened Euro-Swiss plant. She occupied a supervisorial position in the factory before she was assigned as Deli Supervisor. She finished a course in B.S. Hotel Management. Lorna was in fact the supervisor-in-charge at the opening stages of several Santis shops such as those in Forbes, Zapote-Alabang road, Silang Cavite & finally at the Festival Mall branch.

LIRIO ITONG
Santis Deli Forbes

Lirio Itong, Deli Supervisor for Santis Deli Forbes has been with Santis since May 1989. With diligence and care, she takes charge of the day-to-day operation of our centrally located shop. Her schooling background in B.S. Sociology (at the Univ. of the East) shows her inclination to people and previous experience in insurance and educational book sales has polished her selling drive.

DAISY BATINGAL
Santis Deli Greenhills

Daisy Batingal is our Deli Supervisor for Santis Deli Greenhills. Having worked with us since 1989, Daisy is well-equipped with her product knowledge of Santis wide range of imported goods. She took a course in Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management.

MARY ELIZABETH ROLDA
Santis Deli Rockwell

Mary Elizabeth Rolda or “Beth”, Deli Supervisor for Santis Deli Rockwell, joined us in March 2000 as a supervisor in the Euro-Swiss factory. Eventually she was promoted as Deli Supervisor. Beth took a university course of Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service – a background which renders her personal tact in dealing with Santis' discerning market. Beth has a natural interest in the food industry as she has alsotaken a short culinary course in the past.

TESS SCHWEIZER
Santis Deli Yakal

Tess Schweizer, Deli Supervisor for Santis Deli Yakal joined Santis in March 2000. Being fluent in German makes her more effective in dealing with our German-speaking customers. Her background is Business Administration and she studied the German Language at the Benedict School in Switzerland. Before settling back in the Philippines, she worked at the technical documentations section of Swiss Air in Zurich (1983 to 1999).
