RegaloConnect Shipping Policy & Guidelines

RegaloConnect.Com offers door-to-door delivery to most parts of the Philippines. If we cannot deliver to the destination you indicated, our Call Center will immediately inform you that we will not be able to process your order. You will not be charged for unprocessed transactions.

However, there are instances when items ordered and processed may not be successfully delivered to your intended recipient. In such cases, RegaloConnect.Com is not liable for delay or non-delivery of your orders and does not entitle you to a refund and/or product replacement. Here are the reasons why we may not be able to fulfill delivery of your orders:

  • Incorrect Recipient Address.
    Whenever you place an order with RegaloConnect.Com, you certify that the delivery details provided is correct and/or accurate. If we determine that the delivery address is invalid, then we will do the following:
  • RegaloConnect.Com Call Center will contact you and inform you that the delivery address originally provided is incorrect and request you to verify the address and/or provide us with a NEW and VALID delivery address.
  •  RegaloConnect.Com will re-deliver the order based on the NEW address.
     If the second address you provided is still not a valid address,
  • If the second address you provided is still not a valid address, RegaloConnect.Com Call Center will contact you to inform you that the address you provided is still not a valid address.

  • Refused To Accept by Recipient.
    Whenever you place an order with RegaloConnect.Com, you certify that the item ordered will be received by the recipient in good faith.
    If a recipient refuses to accept the item, RegaloConnect.Com Call Center will contact you to inform you on the status of your order and secure your instruction/decision regarding the order.

  • House is closed.
    There are instances when your recipient's house may be closed during the time the order is being delivered. In such cases, we will have it received by the recipient's nearest kin. If this option is unavailable, then we will do the following:
  • RegaloConnect.Com Call Center will contact you to inform you on the status of your order.
  • We will make three (3) attempts to deliver the item within 2 days from the delivery date.
  •  RegaloConnect.Com Call Center will contact you to inform you if "the house is closed" after the third and final attempt.

Furthermore, RegaloConnect.Com shall be not liable for any loss, delay, non delivery or misdelivery of your orders due to any of the following:

  • Act of God or force majeure including but not limited to strike, war, rebellion, civil commotion, natural disaster or calamity, bad weather condition, acts of public enemies.
  • Act, omission, fault of shipper, its agent, third party claiming interest in the shipment and government agencies with actual or apparent authorities.
  •  Nature of the shipment or other characteristic, defect or inherent vice thereof.

Order Processing
All orders placed before 5:00 PM between Mondays to Saturdays (Manila time) will be processed and prepared for turn-over to our couriers on the same day. Items ordered after these cut-off times will be processed the next working day. Processing and delivery of all items received on Sundays and non-working holidays will be attended to the next working day.

  • For Flowers - due to the nature of the product, RegaloConnect.Com has the right to replace colors depending on stock availability. Delivery is currently available in Metro Manila, Bulacan, and Cavite only.
  • Grocery Baskets - Out-of-stock items will be replaced with similar products. Specially canned goods. 1 day delivery in Metro Manila and 3-6 days delivery in the provinces nationwide.
  • Food Packages – Jollibee

Php5, 000 and below - orders must be made at least 24 hours before delivery date
Php5, 000 and above - orders must be made at least 48 hours before delivery date.
Delivery is currently available in Metro Manila, Cavite, and Pampanga only. Other provinces will soon to follow until it becomes nationwide. We shall have 2 attempts to deliver the Jollibee meal packages to the beneficiaries. Otherwise, the food will be considered sold unless there are special instructions given by the remitter/beneficiary.

  • Lechon: Delivery is currently available in Metro Manila, Bulacan, and Cavite only. Allow 5 working days before the delivery date .
  • Wines and Liquor: Allow 1 day delivery in Metro Manila and 3-6 days delivery in the provinces.
  • Fruit Basket: Allow 3 days delivery in Metro Manila and 4-6 days delivery in the provinces.
  • Chocolates and Candies: Allow 3 days delivery in Metro Manila and 4-6 days delivery in the provinces.

Non-Perishable Items:

  • Prepaid Cards - Allow 1 working day before the delivery date we try to deliver all of these orders thru (Text and e-Mail) although occasionally delivers take as much as 48 hours, especially if this is your first order.
  • Books - Allow 4 working days before the delivery date
  • Magazines - Allow 4-9 weeks processing period for subscription
  • CD/DVD Movies, Music, and Games - Allow 5 working days before the delivery date.
  • Fragrances, Make-up, and Skin Care Product - Allow 5 working days before the delivery date
  • Magic Sing, Cellphones and Digital Video/Cameras - Allow 7 working days before delivery date.
  • Computers and Laptops - Allow 7-10 working days before delivery date.
  • Watches - Allow 7-10 working days before delivery date.
  • Jewelries and Accessories - Allow 7-10 working days before delivery date.
  • Musical Instrument and Accessories - Allow 7-10 working days before delivery date.
  • Fitness Equipment and Sports Accessories - Allow 7-10 working days before delivery date.
  • Toys for Kids - Allow 7-10 working days before delivery date.
  • Lucky Charms, Collections, and Accessories - Allow 7-10 working days before delivery date.
  • Appliances -  Allow 7-10 working days before delivery date
