Tasting Notes :
Aged 30 months in an oak barriques from 3 origins,
this wine has a seducing deep cherry red colour.
Great complexity of aromas reminiscent of coffee,
tobacco and elegant oak well-combined with the
fruit. On the palate this is a lively wine with a
smooth texture, well-balanced tannins and acidity.
Its good structure assures a long bottle-life.
Best with : Grilled or roasted meats, same and
other savoury main courses. After opening, allow 1
hour to breathe, if possible.

balanced with spiciness and balsamic tones.
In the mouth it is velvety, well structured with
a good after taste. This wine is aged 15 months
in oak barriques from 2 different origins.
Best with : Red meats, cold cuts and
semi-mature cheeses.

Intense strawberry colour, brilliant, full of deep
and complex aromas are part of the innate
characteristics of this wine. At the palate, fruity
flavours, liquorice tones, well structured and
concentrated. Long and clear. Best served cold.

and paella.

Tasting Notes :
This wine is made of 100% tempranillo and has
completed six months in american oak barrels.
Ruby colour. Persistent and fine aroma that
comes from its ageing in toasted oak barrels,
highlighting mint aromas, liquorice and toasted
coffee.To the palate is a perfectly balanced wine.
The ageing in barrels gives a touch of quality,
but allowing the wine to express its full personality
at the same time.
Best with : Bull casserole, sirloin steaks.
